Summary:
Kamps is looking for a well-rounded IT Support Analyst that will use their breadth of knowledge to keep our systems running smoothly and users happy. This position requires some knowledge of servers, networks, and applications. Most importantly this position demands a high level of customer service to our internal users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Route and manage help desk tickets
- Answer support desk phone and log tickets
- Participate in on-call schedule
- Document end user problems and resolution
- Support Kamps users, computers, and software
- Assist with deployment of new hardware and resources
- Monitor logs and respond to system alerts
- Provision new user accounts for Kamps systems including Office 365
- Provide first level support resolution and escalate when necessary
- Install and update software
- Manage computers remotely and onsite
- Maintain accurate inventory of end user devices
- Work on assignments and projects with senior staff
- Configure VoIP phones

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors in IT/IS or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience supporting Windows 10
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic networking skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to lift 50lb
- Previous experience with any helpdesk ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Citrix XenApp
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware)
- Any certifications (A+, Network +, Security +, CCNA, MTA)
- RMM experience
- RingCentral

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
