Position Details:
- Starting Pay: $12-$16 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week to start, with expectations to grow into a full-time position over time
- Bonus: Opportunity to earn a bonus twice a year upon the team outperforming set goals

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining detailed records, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate real estate transactions, including communication with sellers, buyers, and title companies.
- Handle contract management, disclosures, and property inspections.
- Assist in organizing leads and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate data.
- Support marketing efforts by creating social media campaigns and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and quality in operations.
- Problem-solve challenges independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.
- Execute research and provide administrative support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or transaction management tools (e.g., Podio) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of real estate logistics or title closing processes is a bonus.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, or equivalent marketing software.
