What You’ll Do:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop complex Excel/Google Sheets reports that translate data into meaningful and actionable insights for customers, company leadership, and system developers.
Advanced Formulas & Functions: Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Array Formulas, Query, and more) to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
Data Visualization: Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards that effectively communicate key trends and metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
Automation & Scripting: Implement macros, scripts, and automated workflows to optimize repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system developers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Document your processes for easy handover and future reference.
Calendar Management & Scheduling: Organize and maintain the complex calendars of multiple leaders on the east coast of the US, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones and meeting priorities.
Virtual Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, appointments, and events, using digital tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
Communication Hub: Act as the main point of contact between company leaders and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication.
Document Management: Organize and manage digital files, ensuring important documents are easily accessible, searchable, and up-to-date.

What You’ll Bring:

Tech-Savvy Expertise: You’re a technology-first thinker who’s comfortable with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and more.
Expert-Level Excel/Google Sheets Skills: Proven experience with advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions, data analysis, and report creation. Experience with Excel VBA or Google Apps Script is a strong plus.
Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional Organization: Ability to manage multiple executives’ schedules, projects, and tasks with precision, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Attention to Detail: You are meticulous, with a laser focus on accuracy in both scheduling and data management.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Efficient Problem Solver: You love finding creative solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity, particularly through the use of technology.
