Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including email management, document proofreading, transcription, and data entry to streamline daily workflows
Organize and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail, including venue booking, itinerary creation, and logistical coordination
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism across multi-line phone systems and provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external contacts
Oversee office management duties such as filing, front desk responsibilities, office supply inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking while supporting project coordination efforts across departments

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role with a minimum of several years of office experience
