Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Assist with preparing applications and related documentation
Organize, format, and manage documents and digital files
Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups
Draft and edit emails, forms, and written correspondence

Research & Problem Solving

Conduct deep online research and summarize findings clearly
Compare options, services, and requirements across platforms or institutions
Gather accurate information and present it in an organized, actionable format

Customer Service & Communication

Make calls on behalf of the employer
Communicate professionally with companies, service providers, and institutions
Follow up on open issues until resolution

Daily Support Tasks

Handle recurring administrative tasks as assigned
Support day-to-day operations and ad hoc requests
Maintain clear communication and regular progress updates

Required Qualifications

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong research skills with attention to accuracy and detail
High level of motivation and dedication
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
