Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties

Identify local organizations which meet criteria for partnership with our clinic
Assist with contact to potential partner organizations
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, managing incoming calls and inquiries while representing the executive team positively.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, demonstrating strong writing and editing skills.
Act as a personal assistant when required, managing travel arrangements and personal appointments for executives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or as an Executive Assistant is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., G-Suite) is essential.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
A background in providing executive administrative support or experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus.
