We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. Duties
- Identify local organizations which meet criteria for partnership with our clinic
- Assist with contact to potential partner organizations
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, managing incoming calls and inquiries while representing the executive team positively.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, demonstrating strong writing and editing skills.
- Act as a personal assistant when required, managing travel arrangements and personal appointments for executives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as an Executive Assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., G-Suite) is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
- A background in providing executive administrative support or experience as a clerk or personal assistant is a plus.
