We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Remote Desktop Handler to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our users from TEXAS, USA.You will be receiving gadgets like laptops or phones, powering them and making sure they stay connected and active whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to users via phone, laptops or remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and software compatibility issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of user requests and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Maintain security protocols and monitor system performance to prevent unauthorized access or downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (e.g., RDP, Citrix, VMware, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Requirements
- Speed - lightening internet and consistent internet access.
- Consistent power supply to maintain steady connection.
- Must be a resident of GA, USA.
