I'm partnering with one of my favorite clients to find them a hands on Regional Financial Controller.
This is a remote role but candidates MUST live on the West Coast.
The company is growing through acquisitions and you'll have a seat at the table during these transactions. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor and build a finance function of a company with the explicate mandate and backing to grow into a multi-billion dollar company within the next five years.
As the Group Controller:
- Build & lead your team
- Be in charge of consolidations for subsidiaries
- Oversee general accounting operations
- Work very closely with executives and get great exposure
- You'll manage all acquisitions from an accounting perspective including the post-merger integration
- Oversee all financial transactions in accordance with GAAP
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Down to earth, smart, strategic, critical thinker
- Can manage and work with all types of people
Base salary is $150,000 - $165,000 + cash bonus and flexible for the perfect candidate
