Goodwin is seeking a Marketing Manager to help build out a successful go-to-market strategy in the early stages of our software launch.
Goodwin creates technology that empowers the foundation of the charter aviation industry: brokers and operators. Our product helps simplify workflows, enhances sourcing and streamlines payments.
Responsibilities:
Create content for a variety of mediums including social channels using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Create and implement segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages to specific customer personas.
Define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing channels.
Develop and execute omnichannel paid media campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role (5+ years of experience) with a focus on go-to-market strategy and brand development.
Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in a wide variety of omnichannel efforts including social media, public relations and event marketing.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
