Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine original, well-researched blog posts that align with the goals and needs of non-profit organizations.
- Conduct in-depth research on online donation trends and fundraising strategies, producing benchmarks that support non-profits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overarching campaigns and product initiatives.
- Optimize blog content for search engines to enhance visibility and attract organic traffic.
- Maintain a structured publishing schedule, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Identify content themes that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the non-profit sector.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
- Analyze blog performance metrics, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of content writing experience, ideally with a focus on enterprise non-profits or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the non-profit sector, including fundraising challenges and online donation trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and actionable content.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, impactful content for non-profit audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, email campaigns, and social media strategies tailored for non-profits.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify new content opportunities and address pain points for non-profits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably focusing on non-profit organizations or related sectors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000
- Base Salary: $80,000
- Stock Options
