The VP, Sr. Regional Director is responsible for developing and promoting our company’s value proposition to targeted financial institutions, focusing on securing contracts for our products and services. The role involves 80% prospecting and lead management, 15% administrative work, and 5% training and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infuse company values into every aspect of your work.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas in your assigned territory.
- Build a deep understanding of the financial industry and our product offerings.
- Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and events.
- Manage leads and opportunities through the sales process, conducting face-to-face sales calls.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve results.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams.
- Provide leadership and coaching to other Regional Directors.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of successful sales experience preffered in financial services (tech experience preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to self-generate leads and establish relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in financial services sales, including strategic presentations and financial modeling.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 70% (realistically 50%)
Looking at and additional $150,000K on top of base in commissions at plan
