ROLE: SVP Sales & Business Development
LOCATION: Denver, CO
Our client is a venture-backed SaaS company disrupting a $400B industry and entering hypergrowth mode. They’re seeking a player/coach that can roll up their sleeves and lead, manage, and grow a small team to their next level of growth. This position reports to the CEO and focuses on building business relationships and securing new/existing accounts in the US and future international markets.
Core Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for mastering our solution, understanding customer challenges, and gaining a deep knowledge of the industry landscape. They will play a key role in expanding the current sales pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals. Additionally, the candidate will build and lead a high-performing sales organization while engaging directly with C-level executives at target accounts. They will also develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and establish thought leadership within the industry.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience
- 10+ years leadership experience
- 20+ years overall professional experience
- Background in financial, supply chain, or commercial solutions
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team building
- Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences
- BS/BA required; Advanced degree preferred
