Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of an Administrative Assistant. This position supports the Atlanta Administrative department with various administrative tasks. This position will be based in the HFHI Atlanta Headquarters office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide facility support
- Provide front desk coverage
- Provide support to all employees working from the Atlanta office
- Implement the security policy and distribution of access cards
- Monitor and respond to all requests received in the Atlanta Administrative Operation email box and OfficeSpace application
- Provide backup for the Atlanta mail processing center
- Assist with logistics for Atlanta office meetings and events
- Assist with space management for new hires and workspace changes
- Process assigned invoice by the next business day of receipt
Key Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience for a federated organization
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $18/hr. to $21/hr.
