We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and office management.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Organize and plan events, meetings, and training sessions for staff development.
- Manage calendars for executives and team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist in training development by preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office operations and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in calendar management and event planning.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with training development processes is desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $64,918.00 - $71,115.00 per year
