Job Description: Client Support Specialist at InOutsource
Position Overview: InOutsource is seeking a Client Support Specialist who is well-versed in our service offerings, particularly our professional services for Intapp, FileTrail, and Qlik software solutions. The Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients, leveraging internal resources to escalate support, and ensuring they maximize the value of our services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to clients, assisting with inquiries, issues, and challenges related to Intapp, FileTrail, and Qlik.
- Service Familiarity: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of InOutsource's professional services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client queries.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical problems and provide clear and effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Communication: Maintain excellent client communication and provide updates on issue resolution progress.
- Documentation: Accurately document and log client issues, resolutions, and interactions for future reference and analysis. Maintaining and updating Support Knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including software developers and implementation specialists, to resolve complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest updates and features of Intapp, FileTrail, and Qlik software to better assist clients.
- Client Training: Provide basic training and guidance to clients on using InOutsource's software and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Intapp, FileTrail, and Qlik software solutions, including their implementation, configuration, and usage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new and evolving technologies.
- Previous experience in a client support or technical support role is a plus.
- Previous experience with ZenDesk is a plus.
Reporting: The Client Support Specialist will report to the Solutions Manager, Client Support.
