We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our law firm's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data related to client files, legal documents, and case records. As a remote position, the Data Entry Operator will work from home and will need to manage various data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter client and case information into our internal systems or databases.
- Update and maintain electronic records, ensuring that all data is current and correct.
- Review documents, correspondence, and client information for accuracy before input.
- Assist with organizing and filing digital documents in an orderly manner.
- Ensure that all data entered complies with legal standards and confidentiality protocols.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Follow up on pending tasks and manage deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
