Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Volunteer Executive Assistant to support our CEO with essential administrative and executive tasks. This role is perfect for someone passionate about environmental sustainability and looking to make a meaningful contribution to a growing nonprofit organization while contributing to impactful sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and assist with correspondence.
- Research Assistance: Help gather data and insights for ongoing projects, including grants and program development.
- Project Coordination: Support the CEO with prioritizing tasks and tracking project milestones.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, take notes, and track action items from meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in environmental sustainability or nonprofit work.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or project management software is a plus.
