About The Role As the executive assistant to our CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Business Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO, her direct reports and various internal/external stakeholders including clients, board members and the Private Equity board.
- Data & Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
- Meeting Management: Coordinate high-profile meetings, ensuring smooth & flawless execution for all attendees.
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEO's busy schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Executive Support: Handle tasks and responsibilities for the CEO, including expense reporting, office supply management, managing personal appointments with discretion and confidentiality and other assigned tasks.
- EA Leadership: Provide support and guidance to all Executive Assistants encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications This position requires the following experience to be successful:
- Provided 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, directly reporting to C-level executives.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and any other similar tools and software.
- Has the capacity to be resourceful and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with an anticipatory need, taking the initiative.
- Integrity in maintaining confidentiality.
- High organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Experience with Private Equity a plus.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed and may not be applicable to other locations.
California: [$101,750, -122,500]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$93,000-112,000]
Colorado and Washington: [$86,250-103,750]
Nevada: [$93,000-112,000]
Maryland [$93,000-112,000]
