About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Greater Washington Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who excels in visual storytelling and design strategy to support business development in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
As part of a dynamic marketing team of twelve professionals, you will report to a Marketing Manager and lead visual development for key proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. This role is ideal for a designer who is both strategic and detail-oriented, with experience translating complex technical content into compelling visual materials aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of proposals, qualifications, and interview materials for high-profile pursuits.
Develop visual narratives that clearly communicate strategic messaging and technical content.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and marketing staff to support pursuit strategies with impactful design.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of graphic design experience, with at least 3 years in the AEC industry focused on proposals and business development.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative layout, branding, and proposal design work.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000+, depending on experience.
As employee-owners, all team members are eligible for performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews.
