Position: Designer
Duration: 5 month Contract (extensions may be possible)
Location: Remote West Coast (pst hours) or Hybrid
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of senior design experience and has in-house or agency experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Specially Photoshop and Illustrator in Adobe Creative suite
- Experience in a B2B work environment
- Experience making paid ads and social media visual assets. Experience creating UI and simple interfaces
- Experience with Slack
- Has an eye for detail, strong problem solver, and time management skills. Strong initiative. Kind, respectful and diligent
- A passion of typography, and traditional graphic design practices
- Experience with Slack
Pluses:
- Create animations and After Affects in Adobe
- Hybrid and can come to the San Francisco office

Looking for a Designer to join a team of other artists responsible for creating brand guidelines and style frameworks for 2,000 Carta employees to use. They will oversee all design elements from conception to final delivery on time. You are responsible for creating and pitching to the team and stakeholders. This designer will hold strong technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create these brand guidelines and have an understanding of typography and traditional graphic design practice. This person will hold exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Compensation: $50.0-65.00/HR
