Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical skills and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contract management and SalesForce
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Draft and send out monthly invoices to new and existing customers
- Act as the point of contact for all compliance related tasks
- Certificate of Insurance management
- Track overdue invoices and initiate communication with appropriate point of contact
- Managing the support email which consists of the operations of the administrative team
- Day to day support requests from the CEO's
- More responsibilities as the position grows to require
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Neo1 Travel Arrangements and Expense Tracking
- Bilingual is a plus
Skills
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail-oriented tasks.
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in proofreading documents to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Ability to provide effective executive administrative support in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of office management practices to maintain an efficient work environment.

- Laptop and company work cell phone will be provided.

***This position will start as a part time role during a training period of 60-90 days. The position will then become full time at the end of the training period.***
