Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm welcome to clients upon their arrival at the office.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Confirm hearings and conferences with clients, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide support with various administrative duties, including scheduling, scanning, data entry, and mail distributions.
- Occasionally step in to cover the Receptionist role at our Manhattan conference center.
