MaidCentral is a cloud-based field service solution for the residential cleaning industry. The solution caters to cleaning businesses looking to scale their operations and increase profitability. MaidCentral is an all-in-one solution designed to help small businesses achieve greater success: integrating all the various tools they need to run their business into one Enterprise Resource Planning tool. Scheduling, Dispatch, Payroll, Marketing, Sales, Process Management, Efficiency and Productivity Tools, Quality Management, Reporting, and much more.
We are looking to fill a role in our Implementation team. In this role you will be helping our newest partners (customers) set up and learn how to use software that will help them run their residential cleaning business. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with technology and has a desire to 'go above and beyond' in terms of customer service.
Our implementation team also works closely with our support team to facilitate daily office hours for our partners as well as jump in and assist on tickets or chats when needed, so previous experience in a technical support role is a plus!
While not required, the ability to speak and understand either Spanish or Portuguese would be ideal.

Responsibilities:
- Managing onboarding implementation and new partner expectations
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Timely and successfully completes projects by coordinating internal and external resources
- Assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks, operational projects, and account management.
- Meet regularly with new onboarding partners to keep their onboarding on track and their questions answered
- Collaborate with internal teams on company wide initiatives.
- Effectively communicate the company’s suite of services while maintaining the highest level of brand standards.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- Organizing, preparing, attending and participating in partner meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensuring project and service deadlines are met

Further, the skills that are a big plus for this role:
- You are fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese
- You’re familiar with Hubspot, Zoom, G-Suite, Basecamp or other project management software
- Experience with Excel and data analysis/reporting will be super helpful.
- Experience with MaidCentral and/or have worked in an administrative role in a residential cleaning company.
- You’ve worked in a customer success or technical support environment.
