Summary:
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting the patients and establishing a friendly, positive encounter for each patients visit. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, and maintaining schedules. The Medical Receptionist is expected to adhere to all CCPN policies.
Education & Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public and physician.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Rotating Saturday's: 9:00am to 11:00am
- Rotating Remote Availability. **
