We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist for a Electrical Household Appliances account. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and help the customers finger out their technical issues by online trouble shooting.
Working Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Finger out client's technical issue by online trouble shooting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service/technical support or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and polite interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services as they become available.
