Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing phone systems and scheduling appointments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
