Mindmaven is an Executive Coaching firm specializing in coaching CEOs, Founders, and top executives of startup and VC companies across the U.S. We're seeking dedicated Executive Assistant Rock Stars for fully remote positions. With comprehensive training, successful candidates will transition into Engagement Managers, acting as a hybrid of an EA and Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:
The day-to-day tasks include typical EA duties such as task and time management, calendar and meeting management, email and CRM management, research coordination, relationship management, and handling special projects as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Executive Level Administrative support experience in Financial, Tech, VC, or startup setting (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of remote work experience (Required)
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Suites, Google Suites (Required)
- Master of Outlook or Gmail Email and Calendar (Required)
- Experience with travel arrangements (domestic and international) (Required)
- Experience with Asana, Slack, Zoom (Highly desired)
- Dictation transcription skills (Highly desired)
