Angels of America’s Fallen Program Data Specialist
The Data Specialist is integral to Angels of America's Fallen mission. The Data Specialist works diligently to provide excellent data to demonstrate the program effectiveness and need for the mission of Angels of America’s Fallen.
Angels is seeking a Program Data Specialist that is a well-organized, personable self-starter and professional communicator with excellent Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
This position is full-time (40 hrs per week), located in Colorado Springs, working from Colorado Springs remotely, with a focus on data integrity, management and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Database Entry, Tracking, and Reporting on recipients in program
Database Entry, Tracking, and Reporting on program activities
Reporting: End of Year, Monthly, Grant Data, and customized reporting as required
Provide program data for Grant Request, Board Meeting, Budgets, Events, etc
Provide data input for Annual Program Success and Program Goals
Develop real-time display and reporting
Reconfigure Case Management Map when regions change
Database software management (integrity: features, format, cleanup, backup, etc)
With CM lead, coordinate with Insightly Support & App Connect Team
Process Registrations from the Angel Website
Process the Enrollments from the website to the database
Maintain efficient methods for program invoices
Update Bookkeeper with program info for Payment Invoices when required
Obtain Grant Balances from Bookkeeper and update software with balances
Update CM on data requirements for Outreach reporting
Lead the spouse grant request, reporting an tracking
Develop and implement other processes as determined by Program Director
Work for Program Director on data administrative tasks as assigned
Document all program data processed with practical checklist
Provide Program Software Training as needed
Attend Grant Meeting, CM Meeting, and other organizational meetings as needed and in person
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of 3-5 years’ experience working on a team with an expert level of Excel spreadsheet experience and data management.
Can demonstrate effective interpersonal, writing and speaking communication skills.
High level of attention to detail required.
Basic to advanced knowledge of computers, hardware, and standard office equipment.
Proficient in operating systems, internet and email.
Excellent skills with PDF manipulation, Google Suite, Apple (also Microsoft Office, Word & PowerPoint) helpful.
Understanding of computer security and privacy.
Integrity and dedication to the organization mission, constituents, and stakeholders.
Overall commitment to honor the sacrifices of military and first responder families. The ideal candidate will have experience within the military or first responder communities, and an understanding of the challenges facing the families of those who have given their life in service to our country and communities.
Have demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision, yet able to work as a member of our team.
Compensation / Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $45,000-$47,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.
Up to $3,500 health care reimbursement.
401K investment plan offering.
Reimbursement for home internet service and cell phone.
