Position Overview:
As the company expands its presence in the US market, they are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is the first Marketing Manager role in the US, providing the chance to shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up. Our client is looking for a versatile marketing generalist with innovative ideas, a proactive approach, and a true passion for the events industry. The ideal candidate will drive impactful campaigns to elevate brand presence and play a key role in the company’s continued growth and influence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand awareness in the US market.
- Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Ideally experienced in the events industry with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within scientific and technical congresses.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
