Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative IT Support to freelance users and staff. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and remedy technical issues efficiently.
Duties
- Provide desktop support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team and client to resolve technical problems.
- Document all IT support activities in a clear and organized manner for knowlegebase. Logging all billable work for client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, desktop support using remote systems. Mostly Windows but Macs are in the mix.
- Microsoft 365 familiarity. Especially MS Teams.
- Troubleshooting Adobe Creative Suite issues with users (we'll work with you on this)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find quick and elegant solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You'll be interacting with creative users and company staff.
- Ability to work independently, but have the support of 30 years of experience backing you up. We will meet weekly for breakfast to go over issues and share information.
- Relevant certifications are nice, but not mandatory. Experience is.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
