We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join us and make a major impact across all areas of Finance. This role will be instrumental in building, iterating, and scaling our team, with a specific focus on go to market strategy, pricing strategy, and other key company strategies.

What You Will Do:Lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of various financial modelsMake recommendations to optimize processes and drive improvements throughout FinanceSupport Corporate Development efforts with senior leadership as they ariseSupport the formulation, implementation and reporting of our go to market strategy with a focus on setting and tracking sales targets and incentive compensationSupport our pricing function as they develop and implement our product strategyAnalyze our unit economics on key performance indicators like LTV/CAC and payback period as well as generating proposals to improve those KPIsProvide analytic and strategic support to our claims forecasting and operationsPrepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support management decisions
Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience Experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking preferred Experience with insurance, structured finance, or SaaS is preferred but not requiredStrong presentation and communication skills with experience creating high value materials in Slides/PowerpointFamiliarity with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, VBA, or Python is a plusStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, including annual budgets and monthly forecastsExperience with advanced excel modeling requiredCPA / CFA is a plus
