We're seeking a Senior Accountant to support our growing international and US accounting operations. The Senior Accountant will be involved in posting transactions to the GL and maintaining workbooks for month-end and year-end closes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting, the Senior Accountant will have exposure to inventory operations, international and US e-commerce as well as our retail business. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation in inventory, revenue recognition and intercompany activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain general ledger activity for up-to-date financial data.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and explain variances.
- Maintain international e-commerce deferred revenue schedules.
- Assist in reconciliation of international revenue payments from Shopify, Amazon and other channels.
- Assist with inventory management, costing, and analysis.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly VAT/GST filings.
- Process intercompany activity and record FX effects.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in e-commerce or D2C
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA a plus.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online or other major ERP systems and excel
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $90K-110K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $90K-110K based on experience.
