About the Role
Eldredge Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for a Virtual Scheduler to join our team! You’ll play a key role in keeping our cleaning operations running smoothly by managing schedules, supporting our sales team with new bookings, and staying in touch with our technicians throughout the day.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and optimize the master schedule in our CRM.
- Support the sales team with new one-time cleaning and recurring cleaning.
- Communicate with clients about scheduling changes (reschedules, skips, cancellations).
- Stay connected with cleaning technicians during the day to keep operations smooth.
- Track technician hours, update CRM notes, and prepare payroll weekly.
- Assist HR during the new technician onboarding.

What We Are Looking For:
- Schedule experience required (we train you on our systems).
- Home Services Industry experience
- Detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused.
- Reliable internet, quiet home office, desktop computer with 2 monitors (8GB RAM minimum).
- Full-time availability, Monday, Thursday, Friday, 10:30 AM –7:00 PM EST. Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST
