Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads
- Update CRM (Follow Up Boss) with accurate client records
- Engage prospects, qualify leads, and build rapport
- Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups for agents
- Execute consistent follow-up campaigns to maximize conversions
