The Role: What You’ll Do
- Be the Bridge: Support daily client communication, ensuring their needs are translated into actionable, high-impact results.
- Project Coordination: Manage workflows between the client and our creative/strategy teams to ensure impeccable, on-time delivery.
- Reporting & Analytics: Help monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key US clients, serving as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
- Campaign Oversight & Performance: Oversee the successful execution of campaigns, working closely with internal teams (Specialists, Creative, Analytics) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet performance KPIs.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present compelling monthly/quarterly performance reports, clearly articulating results, providing actionable insights, and making forward-looking recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively contribute to new business pitches.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking).
- Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and fit for our services/products.
- Relationship Building: Serve as an initial point of contact, building rapport and professional relationships with prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities and client information in our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable]).
- Goal Attainment: Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified leads.
