Who We’re Looking For
We need a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Receptionist who is bilingual in Spanish who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ready to assist in personal injury cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, a master communicator, and an assistant powerhouse who knows how to keep things moving, and keep clients informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients in both Spanish and English, in person and over the phone
- Answer high-volume calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages for attorneys and staff
- Translate basic client information and conversations for non-Spanish speaking team members
- Schedule appointments and maintain the attorney and case manager calendar, as needed.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, incoming faxes, deliveries, and maintain a polished and organized reception area
- Support case managers and legal staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide a calm, confident, and professional presence for clients who are often injured, scared, or in an emergency.
What You Bring to the Table
· Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
· At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal or medical setting
· Personal injury law experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
· Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when dealing with injured or distressed clients
· Proficiency in basic computer systems, including MS Office and legal CRM software (preferred)
