The Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can:
Write with authority on technical subjects
Design visuals that communicate clearly
Execute campaigns end‑to‑end with precision
You’ll work directly with leadership and own a meaningful piece of our marketing output from day one.
Important: This is not a “copy‑paste AI output” role. We use AI as a starting point, but you must apply expertise, judgment, and brand alignment to deliver sharp, accurate content.
What You’ll Do
Content & Writing: Research and craft technical content (emails, whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn posts, blogs).
Email Marketing: Manage campaigns end‑to‑end (segmentation, copy, design, scheduling, A/B testing, reporting).
Graphic Design: Create on‑brand visuals using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
SEO: Keyword research, on‑page optimization, ranking reports.
Social Media: Manage LinkedIn (primary), plus Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. Build calendars, engage audiences, track performance.
Reporting: Deliver clear campaign reports with actionable insights.
Web Updates (bonus): Basic WordPress/CMS edits and publishing.
What We’re Looking For
Non‑negotiable: Strong written English. You’ll produce client‑facing content daily.
Strong pluses:
3+ years in digital marketing
Hands‑on with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
Graphic design portfolio
SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
B2B social media management (especially LinkedIn)
Independent, proactive communicator
Stand‑out extras:
Experience marketing to engineers, construction pros, or procurement teams
Background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or supply chain
WordPress/CMS skills
Video editing or short‑form content creation
