Performance Marketing Specialist
Remote (Latin America)
About the Role
Breadth Marketing is a restaurant marketing agency. We run paid media, lead generation, and Ai CRM-driven follow-up systems for independent restaurants and multi-location groups across the U.S.
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media execution across Meta and Google for our client portfolio, plus the email and CRM execution that ties our funnels together. This is a senior, hands-on operator role. You'll own the numbers across 10 to 15 client accounts, work directly with the CEO, and have real impact on whether our clients hit their goals.
This role is right for someone who thinks in results, takes ownership without being chased, and is comfortable working inside systems that are still being refined. We're small enough that you'll have real influence on how things get built.
What You'll OwnPaid Media (Primary, ~70% of the role)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns across 10 to 15 client accounts at any given time.
- Manage approximately $50K to $60K in monthly ad spend across the portfolio, with full ownership of budget pacing, audience strategy, creative testing, and bid optimization.
- Hit defined KPI thresholds per campaign type (CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM benchmarks vary by campaign objective and are tracked weekly).
- Maintain accurate tracking and attribution: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion events, and CRM integrations.
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels in WordPress for paid traffic, including A/B testing and tracking setup.
Email Marketing & CRM Execution (~25%)
This is execution-focused, not copy or design creation. Your job is to make sure email and SMS campaigns ship on time, work correctly, and deliver.
- Own GoHighLevel CRM automations across client accounts: pipeline setup, workflow execution, and segmentation.
- Execute email and SMS campaigns: schedule sends, verify links and tracking, monitor deliverability, and report on open and click rates.
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and improve performance when metrics drop below benchmarks.
- Own the operational reliability of the email and CRM stack until the agency scales and splits this function into a dedicated role.
Reporting & Systems (~5%)
- Build and maintain client-facing performance dashboards in Agency Analytics or similar platform.
- Update internal weekly performance trackers with accurate KPI data.
- Document reusable campaign playbooks and contribute to refining our internal systems as we scale.
Your First 90 Days
Clear expectations from day one. This is what success looks like at each milestone.
By End of Day 30: Audit and Take Ownership
- Complete a full audit of every active client ad account (Meta and Google), documenting current campaign structure, tracking setup, attribution gaps, and performance against Breadth KPI benchmarks.
- Take full operational ownership of all active campaigns. No campaigns left in handoff status.
- Meet 1:1 with each Account Manager and the Project Manager to align on priorities.
- Submit a written audit summary identifying the top 5 optimization opportunities across the portfolio, ranked by impact.
By End of Day 60: Execute and Optimize
- Ship at least one round of optimizations on every active client account based on the Day 30 audit.
- Establish a consistent weekly reporting cadence with all KPI data updated by end of day Friday each week.
- Hit target KPIs (defined per campaign type) on the majority of active campaigns.
- Identify and resolve at least 3 tracking or attribution gaps across client accounts.
- Successfully onboard any new clients added during this window within approved launch timelines.
By End of Day 90: Build and Scale
- Hitting target KPIs on the majority of campaigns, with documented evidence of optimization-driven improvement.
- Document at least 2 reusable campaign playbooks that serve as templates for new client onboarding.
- Present a 30-day forward plan to the CEO covering testing roadmap, automation opportunities, and system gaps.
- Zero client escalations citing paid media performance as the cause.
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience
- 5+ years hands-on in paid media or performance marketing, in an agency or in-house role managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated, profitable experience on both Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong on one platform, weak on the other does not qualify.
- Hands-on tracking and attribution experience: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion event setup, and CRM integration.
- Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms. You've executed campaigns, managed automations, and troubleshot deliverability.
- Comfortable with WordPress and page builders for landing page setup, form integrations, and tracking configuration.
- Strong analytical mindset. You make decisions from data, not gut. Comfortable in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal English. You'll communicate daily with the internal team in English.
- Builder mindset. We have systems, but they're still being refined. You're comfortable improving processes, not just executing inside them.
Strong Plus
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food and beverage.
- Direct GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
- Experience building dashboards from scratch.
Deal-Breakers (Do Not Apply If)
- Less than 5 years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Strong on Meta but weak on Google, or vice versa. Both are required.
- No knowledge of email marketing or CRM platforms.
- Cannot show specific campaign results with numbers (only "managed campaigns for X brands" without metrics).
- No hands-on experience with GTM, pixels, or conversion event setup.
Reporting & Team Structure
- Reports to: CEO directly.
- Works closely with: Account Managers, Project Manager, and design team.
- Client communication: Internal-only. All client-facing communication flows through Account Managers.
Why Breadth Marketing
- Real ownership. You own the numbers. You'll see the direct impact of your work on client revenue every week.
- Direct culture. We move fast, communicate openly, and hold each other accountable. You'll always know where you stand.
- Remote-first. We care about output, not hours logged.
- Growth tied to performance. No fixed ladder. Strong results open doors. How fast you grow here is up to you.
Location
Fully remote. Latin America (EST-compatible time zones).
How to Apply
Send your application to sebastian@breadthmarketing.com with the following:
- Your resume.
- 2 to 3 examples of paid media campaigns you've personally managed, with specific results (spend, KPIs hit, what you optimized).
- One example of a campaign that missed targets, what you diagnosed, and what you changed in response.
- A 60-second Loom walking through how you would diagnose a Meta campaign that was performing well and suddenly tanked.
Applications missing the Loom or the missed-targets example will not be reviewed.
