Rockstar Staffing, a U.S.-based hotel staffing agency headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is expanding and looking to hire Recruiters based in Venezuela to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will manage the full candidate lifecycle, including calling, emailing, scheduling, and interviewing applicants. Once candidates meet our requirements, you will coordinate their placement at job sites. Your work plays a key role in helping individuals secure employment while supporting our hotel partners with reliable staffing solutions.

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $100 USD per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD) (subject to exchange rate)

- Highly organized and methodical
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Positive and professional attitude
- Customer service experience (required)
- Able to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and video
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills
- Strong English proficiency 90%+ written and spoken (required)
- Able to work remotely while staying focused and productive
- Comfortable being on Zoom throughout the shift while collaborating with the team
- Equipped with a computer/laptop (with camera) and stable internet connection
