Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and support day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts. This role involves assisting with client communication, coordinating marketing-related tasks, conducting research, and helping keep projects moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily client communication and provide updates on marketing tasks
- Coordinate client feedback and relay requests to internal team members
- Join client meetings and take clear, structured notes
- Support basic SEO-related tasks when needed
- Help maintain strong client relationships and positive engagement
- Organize tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple marketing activities
- Assist with research for campaigns, competitors, and client needs
- Help prepare, organize, or format marketing materials and documents
- Keep marketing files, updates, and communication well-organized
- Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Customer-first attitude with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently
- Reliable internet connection; able to work U.S. hours
- Experience in admin, coordination, or marketing is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
- Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and skills
