Responsabilidades:
- As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Represent the client’s brand in the best possible way, towards our current and potential customers.
- Customer support via email and social media in English and Portuguese.
- Ticket solving
- Customer support diary
- Answering direct messages and comments on social media
- Apple and Play Store review answers.
- Constant learning about new product features and occasional testing of the app.
- Weekly meeting with the support lead

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers
- B1 English Proficiency
- C1 Spanish Proficiency
- C1 Portuguese Proficiency
