Job Description:
This role supports the launch and ongoing management of a Salesforce-integrated client portal within a fast-paced financial services environment, serving as a cross-functional operational partner across sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage launch readiness, QA/testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for a Salesforce-integrated client portal
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, strategic accounts, vendors, and developers
- Support digital distribution workflows for marketing collateral and advisor-facing materials
- Manage reporting, exports, compliance documentation, and activity tracking
- Maintain and update online portals and websites supporting marketing initiatives
- Support vendor transition initiatives, documentation, and process handoffs
- Assist with project management, timelines, stakeholder communication, and workflow coordination
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or project-based marketing roles
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience with API integrations and data mapping knowledge
- Experience supporting digital portals, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards
- Background within financial services, private equity, private placements, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of QA/testing, launch readiness, and digital asset quality control
- Experience coordinating vendors, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Salesforce-integrated credential-based or ecommerce-style portals
- Experience supporting wholesaling or advisor distribution workflows
- Vendor transition or system migration experience
- Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-heavy environments
- Central Time zone availability preferred (9am-6pm CST core hours)
