Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate handling from submission to payment.
- Provide world-class customer support via email and phone calls, including outbound cold calls, to follow up on orders, resolve concerns, and guide clients and partners toward the best solutions.
- Handle a high volume of transactions and inquiries daily with efficiency, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
- Proactively identify problems and deliver timely, effective resolutions while maintaining excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to quickly assess needs and provide the right guidance, troubleshooting, or solution.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to respond accurately and promptly in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with computers and technology, including CRMs, databases, and spreadsheets.Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
What We Offer
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of $1,120 – $1,500 USD, depending on experience and language skills.
