At Brandlume, Operations Manager is the one making sure everything actually runs. Projects, people, deadlines, systems. If something’s off, you fix it. If something’s missing, you build it. This role is for someone who likes structure, accountability, and making things work at a high level.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep all teams aligned and projects on track• Build and improve systems that make work more efficient• Manage resources (people, timelines, priorities) across accounts• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure quality delivery• Track performance (KPIs) and identify what needs to improve• Step in on issues, delays, or bottlenecks and resolve them• Lead and support the team to stay accountable and consistent
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in operations or project management• Experience in a digital marketing agency (SEO, PPC, web, social)• Strong leadership and accountability mindset• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Data-driven and comfortable tracking performance• Clear communicator — direct and solution-focused• Able to handle a fast-paced environment without losing structure
