About Us
We run a premium online coaching program helping women lose 15–30+ lbs by optimizing hormones without extreme dieting or cutting out alcohol.
We generate a high volume of inbound leads through Instagram, Facebook, and paid ads — your job is to convert conversations into qualified booked calls.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads via Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and GoHighLevel (SMS)
- Qualify leads (must already be working out + eating clean but not seeing results)
- Drive conversations using a proven script + objection handling
- Book qualified leads onto the calendar for sales calls
- Track conversations, bookings, and KPIs inside GoHighLevel
- Follow up aggressively with warm and cold leads
This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You’ve never booked calls through DMs before
- You’re uncomfortable pushing conversations and handling objections
- You wait for leads to “decide” instead of guiding them
- You don’t like fast-paced, high-volume messaging
You ARE a Good Fit If:
- You have proven experience booking calls via DMs or chat-based sales
- You’re confident handling objections around price, timing, and commitment
- You can move conversations forward without sounding robotic
- You’re organized and can manage 50–100+ conversations per day
- You’re competitive and care about performance metrics
Compensation
- $800 USD/month base
- 2.5% commission on all sales generated from your leads
- Additional performance bonuses based on volume + quality
Schedule
- Must be available during U.S. time zones
- Weekend availability is a plus
