What You’ll Do
- Cold call and engage homeowners at a high level
- Qualify and set high-quality appointments
- Overcome objections and keep control of the call
- Hit and exceed daily/weekly targets
What You Bring
- 1+ year of outbound appointment setting (solar preferred)
- Strong objection handling and call control
- Competitive mindset — you track your numbers
- Consistency: you show up and produce daily
Requirements
- Windows 10 computer, webcam, USB headset (not provided)
- Strong English communication
- Ability to pass assessments and system checks
Preferred
- Solar experience
- Vicidial or similar dialer experience
