Job Description:We are seeking two highly talented Senior Freelance Designers to support fast-moving, high-visibility campaign work. These roles require strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual design skills, and the ability to execute across multiple channels.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact campaign initiatives, including a net-new creative platform and a major consumer brand currently in active production.
The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer with agency experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and can independently drive work forward.
Project 1: Healthcare Campaign (6 Weeks)OverviewA newly pitched healthcare client is expected to kick off immediately. The team has developed two distinct creative platforms, and this role will take ownership of combining, refining, and executing a unified campaign direction.
What You'll Do- Lead the creative direction and execution of a new campaign platform
- Combine and evolve two existing campaign concepts into a single cohesive direction
- Design and build out campaign assets across:
- Social
- Out-of-home (OOH) / billboards
- CRM / email
- Landing pages
- Additional marketing collateral
- Translate high-level creative into polished, production-ready deliverables
- Work autonomously while collaborating with creative leadership
What We're Looking For- Strong concepting ability (critical)
- Experience owning full campaign execution end-to-end
- Ability to take initiative and lead without heavy direction
- Portfolio showcasing campaign-driven work across multiple channels
Project 2: Consumer Fintech Campaign (6 Weeks)OverviewThis role supports an active, high-profile consumer fintech brand in the production phase of a large-scale campaign. The campaign includes celebrity talent and spans multiple digital and physical touchpoints.
What You'll Do- Execute and extend an existing campaign across:
- Digital
- Social
- Out-of-home
- Partner/merchant extensions (e.g., retail and e-commerce brands)
- Support production and rollout of campaign assets
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Design Director and broader team
- Contribute to lower-funnel acquisition creative and partner-specific adaptations
AI Component (Nice to Have)- Work with AI-enhanced creative workflows (e.g., augmenting imagery, replacing objects in scenes)
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools and adapting to new creative processes
Core Responsibilities (Either Project)- Design across multiple mediums: social, digital, OOH, CRM, and web
- Contribute to campaign ideation and execution
- Develop high-quality visual assets aligned with brand and campaign direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Present work clearly and articulate design rationale
- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving project needs
Required Qualifications- 6 years of experience in design (agency experience required)
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work (not product-only)
- Expertise in Figma (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working across multi-channel campaigns
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AI tools in creative workflows
- Motion design / After Effects experience
- Experience working on high-profile or consumer-facing campaigns
