This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks excellent English, and is comfortable having a lot of conversations every day.
You will be calling potential customers, following a script, handling basic objections, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Chicago, Illinois time
Pay:
$110 MXN per hour
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners
- Speak clearly and professionally in English
- Set appointments for roofing inspections and estimates
- Follow scripts and processes provided by the company
- Accurately update call results in the CRM
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Clear, confident, and professional phone voice
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Call center or appointment setting experience is preferred
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
