We’re hiring: Desktop Support Technician (L1/L2)

At IBC, we are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support international clients and deliver a high-quality IT experience across end-user environments. This is not a call center role; it is hands-on, technical, and client-facing.
What you will do:
- Support workstation deployments and end-user environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and system upgrades
- Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and ticketing system
- Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Experience with Windows and macOS
- Strong troubleshooting mindset (you go beyond basic fixes)
- English level B2+ or C1 (required)
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused
Nice to have:
- MSP experience
- Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or SIEM platforms
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow beyond basic support and gain exposure to real IT environments with international clients.
